Meet Donna Omoregie

My name is Donna, and i'm your No Code Tech Coach. 

My Story:

I was going through one of the toughest seasons of my life...I guess you could say I was somewhat in a state of isolation when I birthed the idea of The FreeStyle App.. Looking back at that time, I barely had the energy to do the things I enjoyed, let alone the energy to focus on creating something new. 🤷🏾‍♀️ 

I’ve always been the type that family and friends turn to for inspiration and support, I genuinely care about helping others, and if you know me, well you know my family is EVERYTHING to me 😊❤️.

So when my younger brother moved in with me during one the hardest times of my life... I guess I stepped into big sis mode... He was new to the city 🌃 , looking for a job 👨🏾‍💼, and well just trying to adjust. So naturally I wanted to help him.

He was juggling a lot, and I Didn’t always have the answers... but when he needed help finding a barber 💈 I knew that was one question I could help with 😄

I remember texting all my guy friends asking them if they could recommend a barber that they trust. Lol...

I later realized sooooo many people were also searching for trusted referrals. I was in a season of personal uncertainty and isolation...but I guess wanting to help had a way of lifting me up... And so, The FreeStyle App 📱was created.❤️

What happened in the next months to follow from first having a crazy idea of an app 🤔, to actually Launching it 🚀 in the App Store 😆🙌🏾 ..reminds me of the saying “a rose 🌹 that grew from concrete” ...

Never in a million years would I have said that this country girl born in Houston, TX  raised in Memphis, TN  (shout-out to Nigeria as well 🇳🇬 Never forget where you came from) no background in IT or Tech would have a whole App in the App Store?!? 🤯😢🥰🙏🏾❤️

Seems contradictory.. but I’ve since learned that beautiful things CAN grow out of hard times.

Even though the odds appeared stacked against me 🚫no background in technology
🚫limited resources💰

I just knew I had a crazy idea 💡 that was bigger than me. 💯

I knew that The FreeStyle App would help create jobs and opportunities for our people...help give them opportunities to create that will allow them to feed their families for a lifetime.

Through sharing trusted word of mouth referrals with friends on The FreeStyle App, potential clients connect with hard to find professionals and professionals connect with new clients.

I believe in the power of creating a win win world 🌍 - where everybody eats. This is how we truly uplift one another.

Now as we find ourselves in a season of Quarantine and isolation, I can’t help but remember my own past season of isolation and therefore feeling a need to teach the gems 💎 and hacks 😉 that helped me.

Many of us have bright million dollar 💵 ideas 💡. And being quarantined has given us all a new found appreciation for our favorite APPs and online businesses. They’ve helped to connect us in our new world of social distancing.

Now more that ever businesses and consumers are relying on technology to connect.

Crisis moments though uncomfortable, also present opportunity.
